The Service

NQ Tom includes free courses, a free prop firm EV calculator and a free trading journal. The Engine is a separate paid product sold by inquiry, with its own terms agreed when you buy it. The service does not place real trades, connect to a broker or hold funds.

Not Financial Advice

Nothing in the service is investment, financial or trading advice. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and isn't right for everyone. You're responsible for your own trading decisions.

Your Account

Keep your sign-in details private. You're responsible for activity on your account. Your account is for one person; don't share or resell access.

Paid Products

The courses, the EV calculator and the journal are free. The Engine is sold by inquiry, and its price and terms are agreed directly before you buy.

Data And Content

Course videos, levels and data are provided for your own use inside the service. Don't copy, scrape, redistribute or resell them.

Changes And Termination

We may update the service or these terms. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your Account page.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
